Postal History 500 Ft – Self adhesive stamp

Based on the success of the mail-collecting motor tricycles, the Hungarian Royal Post – after a successful test run of the prototype made by János Csonka – put on the market another eight cars on January 15, 1906 for mail delivery and mediation between the capital’s larger post offices and railway stations. The HUF 500 denomination shows the mentioned post car, and the background print shows the details of the archive photo taken of it.
